To the Pastor & Elders of Whiddon Valley Evangelical Church
May I please introduce ourselves as Mr. & Mrs. David Andrew Johnson. We have been members of Minehead Baptist Church since January 2015 but my husband has resigned two (2) weeks ago from his membership after learning/examining/concluding that the NIV Bible used in MBC is not the true inspired Word of God but the KJV Bible. Since then we have been praying and looking for a KJV Bible believing church but I am still a member as I'm waiting for the perfect time God will give us the right church (using the KJV Bible).
He is self-employed under his business, OneStopCare (doing gardening, cleaning, painting & other services as requested by the customers/clients). I am also self-employed under my business Yet's HomeCare, an Allround Support & Assistance Service to the Elderly and I also have a part-time job in The Parks Active Living Centre, an activity centre for the elderly being held Wednesdays & Fridays in the MBC Hall.
We tried to look for a KJV Bible church online near Knowle, Braunton so that every time we visit the woods we have bought, we can go to church. Although the woods has a covenant which does not allow us to live on it, we are praying that one day soon God will allow us to live there as we believe nothing shall be impossible with Him. While waiting for God's answer to our prayer, we would like to attend your church worship service one time when we visit the woods.
God bless you all and thank you for your time.

We were wondering if it would be possible to advertise the following new singles group in your church newsletter please. We both attend City Community Church, Exeter, and for a while have felt the need to organise an interdenominational group for older Christian singles. Thanks so much for your support in this. Below is a short blurb that could be used in your newsletter.

“Single and Sociable Christians in Exeter (30s, 40s, 50s)”
We are having our first get together on Saturday, September 26th at 12.30pm at the Double Locks (meet at Bar Venezia, Piazza Terracina on the Quay at 12pm to walk to the venue if you’re not sure how to get there!). We hope this will be the start of a range of different events and activities. To make sure you get information about this and future events join meetup.com (it’s free!) and then join our group “Single and Sociable Christians in Exeter (30s, 40s, 50s)”.
Please pray for me. I am a man, I am 43 years old. However, due to unstable health condition, I was very dependent on my mother in terms of finance and others. My father had died in 2012 ago. Please help pray that I have the strength, good health and wisdom, to earn my own income.
Thank you very much to Pastor and Prayer Team, may the Lord Jesus Christ bless you and your family and your ministry.

Dear Whiddon Valley,
I am writing on behalf of Community Housing Aid, a small charity based in Exeter. We are currently working in partnership with another charity based in North Devon, Encompass, and are in the process of setting up a new serivce in the area called Nightstop.
Nightstop provides same day emergency overnight accommodation for young homeless people, between the ages of 16-25, in the homes of volunteer hosts who have been trained and vetted.
I was wondering if we could come to visit you and one of your church groups to talk about the service we provide?, what volunteers get in return, and perhaps we could get some interest from someone to become a volunteer host./
If you would like to find out more information of the work we do please have a look at our website http://communityha.org.uk/nightstop-devon/
Alternatively, you can contact me on 01392 274853 or on my email address above.
